We deliver to across the UK residential addresses. We apply all government Covid-19 safety measurements in our deliveries. Our parcels are shipped with our contracted company DHL.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do not have international delivery services at the moment.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Next Day Delivery if you order before 17:00. Weekend orders will be delivered on Tuesday.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to registered or have an account if you like to buy groceries on Where2save.co.uk.

How Do I Track My Order?

With your order number; you can track your order on Track Your Order.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you change your mind, we’ll be happy to exchange or refund it for you. If it’s within 15 days, in its original condition and you’ve got proof of purchase, you can return your item to us. Fresh, frozen and meats cannot be returned due to their natural conditions.
